What do you need to start a desktop appraisal?
An asset list (make, model, year, condition where known) and clear photos of each item. The more complete the documentation, the faster we can scope and begin.
Why do you ask how many site locations there are?
For on-site work, the number of separate locations, anywhere farther than walking distance, including off-site storage and transporters, drives the staff, schedule and equipment we need to plan. It's the single biggest scoping factor.
Will I get a value right away?
